Your use of this Website and purchases made on this website are subject to the following legally binding conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Placing an order & Payment via web:
We accept card payments by the secure PayPal system worldwide. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by PayPal.
Alternatively, if you are a PayPal member (it’s easy to join on their site) you can pay direct from your bank account or by credit card.
The PayPal site is secure, fast and free of charge. Please read their terms and conditions in regard to their security measures.
Step 1
Add the items to your cart by clicking the “add to cart” button and specifying the quantity and size/colour you’d like to buy.
Step 2
When you are finished shopping, click the View Order button and you’ll be shown a summary of the items in your cart.
Step 3
Once on the secure PayPal page, you can either enter your credit card details directly (you do not need to be a member) or log into your PayPal account and confirm payment.
By using PayPal your credit card number is confidential and never revealed to Fruitilicious Fashion & Design - you can be confident in PayPal’s 100% protection.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank card or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still purchase on this site – your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details.
Please note that Lay Bys are not available for on-line purchases.
Postage & Delivery Conditions
As soon as payment has been confirmed (usually within 48 hrs) your order will be dispatched. All orders are sent via Australia Post’s postal service.
If you are unavailable when the delivery arrives, you will receive a notification card, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office. .
Please allow 5-10 days for domestic deliveries, and up to 3 weeks for international deliveries depending on where you live. Fruitilicious Fashion & Design does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been dispatched.

What if My Delivery is Late
Fruitilicious Fashion & Design endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate only. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest possible time but cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, natural disasters, etc). If you believe your order has been unduly delayed, please contact us at info@fruitilicious.com.au .
Product Availability
Due to the exclusive nature of our brand, most items have limited availability. If items on your order are not available, we will notify you by email within 1-3 working days.
Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of the online publication and prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available elsewhere. All prices, products and offers include GST. Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable, however all items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Please be aware that sale items are only available during the sale period.
Refund, Exchange & Credit Policy:
Fruitilicious Fashion & Design want you to love your new purchase. Please choose your purchase carefully. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll endeavour to fix it. Fruitilicious Fashion & Design will gladly exchange or refund the original purchase in accordance with the following:
You must notify us within 24 Hrs of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us at info@fruitilicious.com.au and then arrange return of the item within 5 days of notification. Refund will only be given on faulty goods if the fault or flaw cannot be rectified by us.
For refund please include the invoice you received with your parcel and the reason for return, as well as your name, address, and phone number. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags and original packaging attached. Please specify if you wish for a store credit (valid for 1 month only), or to exchange the goods.
Postal, shipping & freight costs are non-refundable.
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by Fruitilicious Fashion & Design, however please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.
If you are making an exchange please include a stamped self-addressed envelope, we’ll send your items back to you by “Postage on Delivery”, the cost of which is your responsibility.
While Fruitilicious Fashion & Design will endeavour to exchange goods for identical or similar item, we cannot guarantee that an exchange can take place if item is out of stock or unavailable for any reason beyond our control.
For hygienic reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.
Accessories or “sale” priced items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
